Founder

A visionary who rose from poverty in pre-independent India, Shri Girdharlal Sheth built Navjivan on the pillars of quality and social responsibility. Beyond business, he dedicated himself to education, healthcare, women’s empowerment, and community welfare, establishing schools, hospitals, dharamshalas, and gaushalas that continue to serve society. His legacy of giving laid the foundation for Navjivan’s values.

Managing Director (1998–2016)

Lovingly known as Indubhai, he modernized the company with advanced technologies, boosted production, and ensured financial strength. A respected leader in both business and community institutions, his tenure marked a period of record growth.

Whole-Time Director (1993–2007)

Beginning his journey as Ahmedabad Depot Manager, he grew sales significantly and built strong relationships with customers and officials. His commitment helped expand Navjivan’s presence before his early retirement in 2007.

Managing Director (2016–2019)

With over 40 years of service, Shaileshbhai upheld Navjivan’s standards and operations during challenging times. His leadership reflected resilience, dedication, and deep care for the company.

Managing Director (2019–Present)

Blending innovation with tradition, Shreyasbhai has strengthened Navjivan’s financial base and advanced its modern outlook. With roles across leading banks, trusts, and social organizations, he carries forward the company’s mission with vision and responsibility.

Executive Director (2007–Present)

With expertise in mechanical engineering and flour milling, Sandeepbhai oversees production, technology upgrades, operations, and sales. He also plays an active role in community initiatives such as Urban Hospital and Sanskar Kendra.

Director – Sales & Operations (2021–Present)

Representing the fourth generation, Sureelbhai brings global education and modern supply chain expertise. His focus on quality, ERP systems, and data-driven operations ensures Navjivan continues to grow with innovation.
